About 10 years ago Orange Villas owner Ton Visser had a vision. One that changed new construction in the Costa Blanca forever. In addition to the traditional houses with the round elements, it was time for a new model. Sleek, minimalistic, modern and with a luxurious look.
The first sketch consisted of some rough lines on paper. But with a clear picture of how the new construction in the Moraira region should look like. Together with the regular architect the first new style villa was designed. And in 2011 the vision became reality. Since then, this modern new construction gained momentum.
The relatively simple designs of the first hour have grown into the impressive design villas of today.

BUILDING IS A STEP-BY-STEP PLAN
STEPONE
Finding the right location is the first step in the building process. In this phase, we take stock of your wishes with respect to the location. What kind of view? Close to the village or not? Flat or steep? Sun or shade? When it is clear what you want, we will start looking for the right plot, if you haven't found one yet.
STEPTWO
The plot has been found. Now it's time for the second phase. Together with our architect, we make a basic plan for the project. In this plan, we translate your needs and wishes for the house. It is also possible to appoint your own architect. Orange Villas will design the villa exclusively for you! We do not like mass production.
STEPTHREE
Now a period of intensive contact starts. You will review the plan and make adjustments where necessary. Eventually this will lead to a final design. The floor plan is converted into a 3D artist impression. This is a special moment, because it is the first time you can see what your home will look like in real. You can still make changes during this phase. If you are 100% satisfied, we calculate the final price. If you agree, we sign the contracts.
STEPFOUR
The project is submitted by the architect to the municipality for the application of the building permit. Depending on the municipality, this takes 3 to 12 months. If possible, we already start preparing the plot. That way we can start building as soon as the permit is granted. The construction of a new villa takes 12 to 14 months on average.
STEPFIVE
During the construction of your dream home, we will regularly keep you informed of the progress. We do this by means of photos of the various stages of construction. If necessary, we will consult with you by email or telephone. The new construction specialist of Orange Villas will be your contact during this phase. His knowledge, experience and personality contribute to a successful and pleasant building process. Our specialist is in close contact with our construction company and can move quickly. Together with one of our specialists you will select all materials, such as tiling and sanitary equipment. We work together with top brand suppliers such as Saloni, Grohe and Bosch.
STEPSIX
The time has come! The house is ready and you will receive the key. A reputable lawyer will register the property in the registry. All villas built by Orange Villas have a 10-year construction warranty.
STEPSEVEN
The last and most important step! We have done our job and now it's up to you. Enjoy your villa and the good life under the Spanish sun.
