A PROJECT The in-house arquitect carries out and supervises the project in which the client demands. Studio where architecture and interior design are combined. A REALITY Together with the company, which specialises in industrialised housing construction, the client will get his home in 6 months. ADVANTAGES HIGH QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHES When the construction is carried out in the workshop, the quality is much higher, as the pieces are made by means of machinery with tailor-made work and not by personnel on site. Once the project has been drawn up with BIM systems, the information goes to the factory where all the parts that make up the whole building are disassembled and assembled on site. During the drafting of the project, a study is made to measure of the client, accompanied by technique throughout the process according to the needs and requirements of the client, where you can choose from a wide variety of finishes and qualities. REDUCTION OF CONSTRUCTION TIME AND COST CONTROL The start of the work is divided into two important parts, civil engineering and industrialised construction. While everything necessary is being done on site in terms of land preparation, connections, foundations, etc., everything necessary to assemble the building, including installations, finishes, etc., is being done in the factory. Therefore, the industrialised system allows us to construct the building in a short time and to control absolutely all the costs without any unforeseen events during the execution of the project. IMPROVEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT DURING AND AFTER CONSTRUCTION As it is a dry and industrialised construction, which is carried out in a workshop, it does not produce an environmental impact in the place where the building is located, avoiding large amounts of dust, transport costs or other contaminants typical of traditional construction. The construction, made with natural materials in its great majority, also reduces the environmental impact. The system used in industrialised construction is much more efficient in terms of acoustic and thermal insulation, which leads to considerable energy savings, i.e. with less electrical energy we can air-condition all the spaces in the building. INTEGRAL SERVICE We carry out all the procedures, projects and interior design project, from the idea, until it becomes a reality with the completion of the work. What we call a FULL DESIGN. HOW DO WE DO IT? INFORMATION GATHERING We carry out a study of the client's characteristics as well as tastes and affinities. We listen to their premises, to know how they want to live. THE IDEA With the information collected we develop the idea more thoroughly so that the client can understand it. Thanks to the technological advances we have at our disposal, its visualization is as close as possible to reality. PROJECT We prepare the project based on optimal quality parameters. All the components are defined with a view to ECO-ARCHITECTURE, for a responsible and environmentally committed operation of the building. The client is offered the possibility of an integral service including the interior design of the house (finishes, lighting, furniture, etc.) WORK We monitor the implementation of our buildings closely through our PROJECT MANAGER service. We take care of every detail in the design of the work. As a result, buildings of the highest quality. VENTILATED REINFORCED CONCRETE FOUNDATION SLAB ACCORDING TO STRUCTURAL CALCULATION OR SANITARY SLAB ACCORDING TO THE RESISTANCE OF THE GROUND AND THE TYPE OF BUILDING. Benitachell

Benitachell is also known as El Poble Nou de Benitatxell. Situated between Moraira and Javea. Benitachell has 2 parts. The inland old village and the urbanisation Cumbre del Sol at the coast. This is a village in itself. Many new constructions with excellent sea views. In total it comprises 12 km2. The coastline of Benitachell is impressive with steep cliffs and many interesting coves. The majority of the population is from north European countries.


What to see

The old town of Benitachell is a typical old town in the Costa Blanca. With narrow streets and a tranquil vibe. The walls of the church and the first houses formed a safe enclosure with two entrances. One entrance, the Portalet, is still visible. In front there is a viewpoint. From here you have fantastic views on the Montgo (elephant rock) and the bay of Javea. 

At the highest point of the village is the Santa Maria Magdalena church. The church dates back from the 18th century. The interior has baroque and neoclassical influences.

Another interesting place to visit is the Oratory of Jaume Llobell. The oratory consists of a small chapel, some classrooms and a courtyard. Jaime Llobell, priest, founded and donated this at the end of the 19th century. 

The weekly market in Benitachell is every Wednesday. On this small market you will find fresh fruits and vegetables and more.

 

Coves, cliffs and beaches

Benitachell has an exceptional coastline. Impressive steep cliffs and clear waters. Cala Moraig is a popular gravel beach that is 250m long. Here you find the Cova dels Arcs. A great spot for divers. The beach has the blue flag and various facilities. Also visited by naturists.

A small natural beach is Cala Testos. A raw, pretty cove worth to visit. Access is only by sea or by foot (not an easy walk). Bring everything as there are not facilities. 

The Pesqueras is an interesting spot to see. These are ladders and ropes used by villagers to go down for fishing by night. Today the ropes and ladders help you to go down the steep rocks. 


Muscatel

Benitachell is well-known for the muscatel grape. From the grapes the locals produce raisins, home-made wine and Mistela. The mistela is very sweet and popular as dessert wine.
