Sometimes we come across a villa that is so beautiful and one of a kind that it is really hard to describe. This is one of those. The villa is set on a large plot in a quiet and green neighbourhood, away from busy roads, but still close to amenities. The plot, the villa, the terraces, the rooms…. Everything is spacious, bright and friendly. Inside the villa there are two living areas. One connected to the large and modern kitchen with a dining area and a lounge area. From here there is direct access to the large covered terrace and to the pool terrace and garden. The second living room is also large and has direct access to a beautiful wintergarden. Further on this level there are three very good size bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of them are en-suite). Downstairs there is a fourth bedroom, also with an en-suite bathroom, two garages, a studio (which could easily be the fifth bedroom or an office) a bathroom and a laundry room. Outside there are plenty of places to sit and relax: On the pool terraces there is large chill out area with a barbecue, there is a spectacular roof terrace, a very cozy terrace accessible form the living room and a garden where you can keep wandering through. If you love space, privacy, quietness and you have an eye for quality this villa is definitely worth a visit.
