The ground floor, comprising the living room, dining room and kitchen, offers a refined living space thanks to the mix of materials such as stone, wood and Corten, as well as the large Technal bay windows. These give you an almost total view of the terrace and swimming pool. The elegantly finished kitchen has an adjoining utility room and pantry. The terraces overlook the meticulously chosen blue infinity pool, with its outdoor shower just a few steps away. Under the terrace on the right, you'll discover the 4th independent bedroom with its dressing room, bathroom and toilet, and terrace. The pure design of the suspended staircase takes you to the upper floor, where three vast bedrooms await you. While two sumptuous bedrooms share a warmly styled bathroom, the Master suite has two dressing rooms and its own en suite bathroom. The bedrooms, equipped with electric shutters, built-in wardrobes and direct access to the balconies, offer rare panoramic sea views. Under the swimming pool, there is a space of around 25 m2 that can be converted as you wish: cinema room, gym or other... Also worth noting: a 3-car carport, integrated home automation, wifi, alarm, cameras, underfloor heating, reversible air conditioning with dehumidification and pre-installation for solar panels. The old town of Benitachell is a typical old town in the Costa Blanca. With narrow streets and a tranquil vibe. The walls of the church and the first houses formed a safe enclosure with two entrances. One entrance, the Portalet, is still visible. In front there is a viewpoint. From here you have fantastic views on the Montgo (elephant rock) and the bay of Javea.
At the highest point of the village is the Santa Maria Magdalena church. The church dates back from the 18th century. The interior has baroque and neoclassical influences.
Another interesting place to visit is the Oratory of Jaume Llobell. The oratory consists of a small chapel, some classrooms and a courtyard. Jaime Llobell, priest, founded and donated this at the end of the 19th century.
