Located in the valley of Benissa, this beautiful villa is the perfect combination of privacy and panoramic views. Benissa is one of the oldest towns in the Costa Blanca. Situated 275m above sea level in the Province of Alicante. It is a stone´s throw away from the N332 (national road) and the motorway that connects Alicante and Valencia. It has its own train station.

The centre of Benissa is charming. The impressive Cathedral Purissima Xiqueta dominates the large town square. Wander through the narrow streets and feel how it was in the old days. Look up to see the tiled balconies, which are typical for the villages in this area. Around the square are various bars and restaurants. Here tourists meet the locals. On Saturday there is a weekly market. An ideal place for fresh products and clothes. Benissa has a catholic history. There is a pretty Franciscan monastery on the outskirts of the village.
The coastline of Benissa is 4km long and nestled between Moraira and Calpe. There are various beaches, coves and cliffs. La Fustera is the number one beach of Benissa. A must do is a walk on the ecological path. An easy walk along the coast with lovely views on the crystal-clear water. Wooden panels next to the path explain the flora and fauna.
Benissa has its own 9 holes Golf Course in San Jaime.
During the year many activities take place. In January is the “Fira I Porrat de Sant Antonti”. More than 2 weeks of activities for the whole family. With animal blessing, a fairground, medieval market, devil fire dances and much more.
In April is the “Fiesta of Purissima Xiqueta”, the patron saint of Benissa. Processions, crowning of the Queen of the fiesta, music and bull running.
The famous “Moors and Christians” celebration takes place in June. A colourful event with parades and more.
In October is the Multicultural Festival. Different nationalities present their products, food, dances etcetera.
