In an elevated location, here is a unique finca with beautiful views over the countryside all the way down to Calpe, the Mediterranean Sea and the Penon d’Ifach. The traditional town of Benissa is 5 minutes by car where there are plenty of amenities including a large weekly market, lots of shops and restaurants to sample. Stairs up from living room take us to the upper mezanine level. Here is a large room that could be used as office space or a separate reading room. Also on this level there is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Back downstairs, the front of the lounge room has glass sliding doors that open to the Naya. The Naya is glazed-in but the panels can be opened so you can enjoy the sea views in comfort in Summer or Winter. This space can also be used for relaxing on sofas and for dining. There is a separate kitchen with a traditional wood burning oven adjacent to the lounge /dining room. From the kitchen, we step outside to the shaded dining and BBQ area next to the pool terrace, the perfect place for entertaining family and friends. Next to the kitchen there is a long central hallway providing access to the central courtyard, two storage cupboards, a utility / laundry room and four double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have lovely views over the pool to the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. The extra large pool is 12 x 6 m2 pool and surrounded by a spacious terrace with lots of room for relaxing on sun loungers. There is also a pool shower.
